Returns Policy

We will always do our best to help in the instance that you wish to return an item that you have purchased from MPH. In the first instance, please contact us in writing at answers@mphav.com

If the item is damaged in transit

In the first instance, please take clear photos and confirm with the courier and/or reject the delivery. Contact us as soon as possible, share photos and arrange next steps.

Any other reason

If the item is incorrect, please DO NOT open the manufacturer’s packaging. Contact us by email as soon as possible to arrange correction. If you wish to change the item that you have ordered, we may impose a handling fee of up to 15%.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In all cases, please make sure that the item is securely packed and that your return labels are not applied directly to the manufacturer’s packaging. Return delivery will be the customer’s responsibility, please take care and insure the item.
